Things will get serious for Hamburger SV on Sunday, July 6, 2025, as the team will face VfB Oldenburg in the Marschwegstadion. Capacity will be exhausted just as quickly for further test matches, such as the one against Sturm Graz on July 19th and against RCD Mallorca on August 9th.
An exciting start to the season is also imminent: The first round of the DFB Cup will be played between August 15th and 18th, 2025, where HSV will face FK Pirmasens. The start of the Bundesliga season will be a game from August 22nd to 24th, 2025, the exact date has not yet been set.
