Discover the Wilhelmshaven town hall tower: a look up!

From July 5, 2025, the Hanseatic city of Wilhelmshaven will once again have a special eye-catcher to offer: the Town hall tower. On the third Thursday of every month from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., those interested can climb the 49-meter-high viewing platform and marvel at the city's maritime beauties from a bird's eye view. Entry is not free, adults pay 5 euros, while children up to 12 years old can enjoy the ride for 2.50 euros.

The tours take place in small groups every 20 minutes by elevator to the upper platform. However, for the last section you have to take a few steps as the viewing platform is not barrier-free. In order to secure one of the coveted seats, timed tickets must be purchased in advance. The exact meeting point for the tour is at the side entrance to the right of the large staircase at the main portal.
