Cologne, November 12, 2025 – The anticipation of the French Film Week is growing: From November 20th to 26th, Germany will become a stage for French cinema in 25 cities. This special event celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and promises to impressively showcase the diversity and creative power of French cinema.
The festival, initiated by the Institut français d’Allemagne and Unifrance Films, shows around 250 screenings of a total of 35 different French films. New this year is the participation of the Duisburg Film Forum, which joins the other event locations. Film highlights in Munich and Augsburg
The Munich and Augsburg partner cinemas have also joined in and are showing numerous films, many of them as previews in Germany.
