Why should Cologne residents adapt to the weather? The DWD strongly recommends taking frost protection measures. In addition, attention is also drawn to the dangers of the slippery conditions, which exist from 7 p.m. today until 9 a.m. tomorrow morning. The main danger is freezing water, which can turn the roads into blocks of ice. Everyone should be careful at every step to avoid unpleasant slips.
