New dealer Liza Kielon impresses with Cash for Rares”!
Just in time for summer there is a breath of fresh air in the popular ZDF junk show “Bares für Rares”. With Liza Kielon and Ferdinand Resul Adanir, two new faces have found their place in the dealer room. Fresh from the launch pad, Liza Kielon has been delighting viewers ever since with her demeanor and her expertise in the field of antiques.
The 29-year-old from Lage (Lippe) made her first appearance on “Bares für Rares” on June 11, 2025. Moderator Horst Lichter is already completely enthusiastic about the new dealer, who works as the mother of a small child and an antique dealer in her hometown. Her passion for business began through her in-laws’ business. But Liza has even more talents: she not only works in the antique trade, but also runs a tattoo and piercing studio in Schieder-Schwalenberg.
Collected treasures and a breath of fresh air
At her premiere on the ZDF show, Liza Kielon immediately showed that she has a good hand. With a children's hairdressing chair from the 1940s, she achieved a winning bid of 150 euros after experts valued the chair at between 100 and 200 euros. After the broadcast, she expressed full satisfaction about the friendly atmosphere in the dealer room. “I’m happy to learn the many stories behind the objects,” she said.
There is also another new addition to the dealer room: Ferdinand Resul Adanir. The experienced antique dealer, who has been in the business for ten years, became aware of the show through a friend, and his girlfriend motivated him to submit an application video. Just a few days after his application, he was accepted. For Ferdinand, taking part in the show is like fulfilling a dream, comparable to a football player playing in the Champions League.
A familiar atmosphere
There have been a lot of personnel changes at “Bares für Rares” in the last few months. In addition to Liza and Ferdinand, Sarah Schreiber has returned after a maternity leave, while Esther Ollick decided to go in new directions. The show, which has been broadcast on ZDF for over twelve years, is known for showcasing rare jewelry and antiques and has built up a loyal fan base during this time who tune in regularly to marvel at the dealers' treasures. Here is an overview of the dealers and experts who regularly appear on the show:
