Märkischer Kreis: New portal EinfachMachen” makes bureaucracy easier!
There is exciting news in Cologne for everyone who is concerned with the administrative processes in the Märkisches Kreis. The Märkische Kreis recently expanded its online service portal and integrated the new federal portal “EinfachMachen”. This portal can now be accessed directly via the district's service portal and is aimed at all citizens, companies, associations and employees in public administration. The aim is to identify bureaucratic hurdles and significantly simplify administrative processes.
The portal is part of the federal government's major modernization agenda, which aims to review and further develop public administration decisions, processes and structures. A variety of administrative processes are often complicated and take a lot of time. This is where “EinfachMachen” comes in and gives those affected the opportunity to easily contribute their experiences and suggestions for improvement. This is an important step towards digitizing administration in Germany and making it more citizen-friendly. Loud Localdirect Users can report complicated or time-consuming processes, such as reporting matters or approval procedures, directly via the new portal.
Cutting bureaucracy made easy
Using “EinfachMachen” all reports are categorized and analyzed so that concrete suggestions for improvement can be developed to optimize procedures and regulations. The information received is intended to help make administrative procedures more efficient and comprehensible. Interested parties can submit their feedback in just seven clicks. This will not only speed up processing, but also increase the satisfaction of citizens and companies who are often faced with long waiting times or complicated procedures, such as Federal Government describes.
Digitalization in the Märkischer Kreis is making consistent progress. More than 100 services are already available via the online service portal, including 75 of the district's own offerings and 44 external services. This enables citizens to carry out around a fifth of all administrative services online. The online services include property cards, applications for education and participation benefits, registration for child day care as well as online instructions for food-related professions and applications for maintenance advances.
The initiatives to reduce bureaucracy are part of a comprehensive strategy with a total volume of 8 billion euros that is being implemented by the federal government. In this way, the state shows a serious commitment to making the administration contemporary and citizen-oriented. A step in the right direction that many already see as overdue.
Overall, it is to be hoped that the new portal will bring the hoped-for success and that the needs of citizens, companies and associations will be better taken into account in the future. After all, we all have a good knack for ensuring smooth administrative processes, right?
