Play of colors & sculpture: Works of art are now inspiring in Mülheim!

A real festival for art lovers is coming: The summer exhibition “Colour Play & Sculpture” opened its doors on July 12, 2025 and is definitely worth a visit. With a musical introduction by Gabriele Graefe and a number of well-known artists, there is a lot to discover in the next few weeks. The exhibition runs until August 12, 2025 and offers interesting insights into the world of plastic art every day. If you don't want to miss the show, you can visit it from Tuesday to Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Appointments in the morning are possible by arrangement.

As reported, the exhibition location is an absolute insider tip for anyone interested in art. The contact information is straightforward: If you have any questions, the team is available on 0176/644967207 or by email at bauhaus.gallery@gmail.com. A highlight of the show is Siegfried Neuhausen's artist table for Gerhard Schröder, which is illuminated with various objects. The object table contains exciting works by 24 artists, including renowned names such as Marina Abramovic and Klaus Staeck.

Artists and their works

The variety of presentations is impressive. The exhibition includes works by artists such as:

  • Marina Abramovic – spirit cooking, ein Rezept
  • Klaus Geldmacher – Solardarität
  • Uwe Bremer – Wehlerwächsel
  • Hans-Jürgen Breuste – Atterdag (Weltklasse für Deutschland…)
  • Malte Sartorius – der alte Schuh hat ausgedient
  • Klaus Staeck – die Globalisierungsfalle

The works of art are not only beautiful to look at, they all have their own character and stories that they tell. Each piece is integrated into a removable box and protected from dust by a glass pane, so that visitors can enjoy the works to the fullest.

A little more artistic taste

The exhibition not only offers a visual treat, but also offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with other art lovers. It's worth taking this opportunity to take a quick look at the current art fairs going around the world. More information can be found on sites like Artmajeur, where you can discover the latest trends and events in the art sector.

Back to the exhibition: It is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in the art scene and maybe even do a good deal or two. Art can not only bring joy, but can also be viewed as a valuable investment. Art is becoming more and more valued not only locally, but also in international business. Alternative currencies such as the US dollar or the euro are also common here, which makes purchasing decisions for art objects easier. The exhibition catalog shows the number of preferred currencies available for orders, ensuring that the art is available in many currencies.

The best thing to do is to get your own impression of the fascinating works of art and the unique atmosphere. Be there and experience art in a variety of forms!
