On the night of July 5th, a 40-year-old firefighter in Troisdorf was the victim of a brutal attack while working as a paramedic at a school graduation party. The incident occurred in front of the town hall when the paramedic wanted to intervene to break up a dispute between several young people and a security service employee. He was knocked to the ground and kicked several times, resulting in life-threatening head injuries.
