From November 1st, the Grefrath ice sports and event park will be exciting for all ice skating fans. How rp-online.de According to reports, visitors will then have 8,000 square meters of ice at their disposal. The new 400-meter open-air ring is particularly looking forward to welcoming its first guests, after the hall and the outer tent have already been transformed into a glittering ice landscape.
The park's opening hours are particularly family-friendly: on Tuesdays, ice skaters can show off their skills from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. On the rest of the weekdays the gates are open until 10 p.m., while on weekends and public holidays there is skating from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. During the guest season of “Holiday on Ice” (November 11th to 26th) there will be some adjustments to the opening hours regarding the days of the week.
Prices and offers
Anyone who likes ice skating will be happy about the attractive daily prices: children and young people pay 6.80 euros during the day and 7.90 euros on weekends. Adults must expect to pay 8.40 euros on weekdays and 9.90 euros on weekends. Discounts are also available for families and groups, making the visit a real bargain for large families.
Ice skates can be rented on site for 5.90 euros or sharpened in the stadium's service center. Tickets are available both online and at the box office. However, only online tickets are available during the Christmas holidays.
Ice disco and culinary delights
A special highlight is the next ice disco, which will take place on November 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. For those who want to recharge their batteries after an active day on the ice, the piste bar offers snacks and drinks. The Panorama Restaurant opened its doors on November 29th and will treat guests to delicious food.
