Open Monument Day in NRW: Discover our cultural treasures!
Next Sunday, September 17th, 2025, theOpen Monument Dayinstead of. On this special day, numerous historic buildings open their doors to citizens. This year’s event has the motto “Community Connects”. Around 60 monuments, including churches, castles and townhouses, will be opened to the public. Visitors can not only admire the architecture, but also learn exciting stories and background information about the buildings. Monument protection in NRW
