FV Engers starts preparation for the season with new coach Julian Feit!

FV Engers is in the starting blocks for the new season. Am Dienstag, den 22. Juni 2025, beginnt die Mannschaft die Vorbereitung mit einer ersten Trainingseinheit, geleitet von ihrem neuen Trainer Julian Feit. At 7:15 p.m. all spectators are cordially invited to attend and follow the preparations.

Julian Feit, who succeeds Sascha Watzlawik, has already earned an excellent reputation. At the age of 30, he has impressive coaching experience: He has been active in this area since he was 21 and successfully led TSV Emmelshausen from the district league to the major league. Most recently he worked for Ahrweiler BC in the Rhineland League, where he kept his team in seventh place. Martin Hahn, the first chairman of FV Engers, describes Feit as a dynamic and well-connected coach, while Jonny Susa, the sporting director in Ahrweiler, praises his professional competence and commitment. Feit himself emphasizes that the serious and sustainable orientation of FV Engers fits his ideas perfectly.

The squad and the goals for the season

The FV Engers squad is almost completely fixed. According to sporting director Aleksandar Naric, only small changes in the team are possible. It remains exciting to see how the team will develop under Feit's new leadership. The club has been playing in the top league since the 2017/18 season and is currently in 11th place. The 20th matchday, the last before the winter break, is already on the agenda for next week.

A lot of things in the football world revolve around transfers in the summer. Players either look for new challenges or remain loyal to their clubs. The regulations and deadlines for transfers are clearly defined and apply to all leagues, including the Oberliga. As the Training Service describes, aspects such as the 30-day deadline for international transfers and the need for complete documents must be taken into account. During this transition phase, respectful interaction between players, coaches and clubs is particularly important.

FV Engers is ready to take on the challenges of the new season. With Julian Feit at the helm, the club is optimistic about the future - an exciting time for fans and players alike!
