The Ahrweiler district shines with its commitment! A few days ago, the annual “Volunteering Evening” took place in the full Landskroner Festival Hall in Heimersheim. Under the motto “Continue Ahrweiler District”, numerous voluntary achievements that are crucial for cooperation and the community were honored. These awards are not only a recognition for the clubs, but also an encouragement for everyone who is interested in volunteer work. International Volunteer Day on December 5th reminds us all how important each individual contribution is to the common good. Volunteering is not only a sign of solidarity, but also an opportunity for all of us to actively participate in social life.
