Discover creative talents: Monte opens doors for young people from Koblenz!

Cologne - On November 3, 2025, a moving open day took place in Koblenz, where the Monte project made a valuable contribution to supporting young people. The aim of this initiative is to help young people on their way into professional life and to make it easier for them to discover their personal talents. In a setting that offered insights behind the scenes of the professional world, the participants were able to experience the project's creative offerings and further training opportunities up close.

Particularly in the foreground was a moving artist performance at which Alla Hryschko, a talented Ukrainian, presented a colorful painting. This work of art was created by six young people and impressively shows the contrast between the horror of the Ukrainian bombing campaign and an idyllic natural scene in which people look out from the fortress at the mouth of the Moselle. Frank Rieke, team leader of the youth careers agency, accepted the painting on behalf of the agency and emphasized the importance of such creative projects in order to promote the resilience and creativity of young people.

Insight into youth development

The event was not only a celebration of talent, but also an important step towards bridging the gap between youth and professional life. Lectures and workshops offered the young people the opportunity to further develop their skills and make valuable contacts. These successful approaches encourage participants to actively shape their future and make the most of their opportunities.

The combination of artistic contributions and professional perspectives shows how multifaceted supporting young people can be. Such initiatives are important at a time when many young people are faced with uncertainties and challenges in their professional lives.

The framework of the event

The event took place in a welcoming atmosphere that invited you to be inspired. The participants not only had the opportunity to gain insights into various professional areas, but were also able to become active themselves and demonstrate their talents in workshops. Such opportunities are worth their weight in gold in terms of supporting young people's development and helping them to develop a good hand for their careers.

For everyone who was unable to take part in the event, we hope that similar initiatives will soon be offered again to provide even better support and motivation for young people. A strong network and creative approaches are the key to success and creating a positive future.

The Monte project is therefore an exemplary example of how commitment and creativity can come together to support young people on their life path and open up new perspectives for them.
