Walks to the old town are definitely recommended, as the Christmas market with over 200 brilliantly decorated wooden houses and an impressive 12 meter high pyramid attracts millions of visitors every year. There is also a lot to discover for those interested in culture: sights such as the Krämerbrücke, St. Mary's Cathedral and the Severikirche invite you to visit. If you would like to combine your exploration with a city tour, you can do so for 9 euros for adults and 7 euros for children.
