In Germany, Lübeck is followed by Münster/Osnabrück and Paderborn airports, both of which scored well with 4.3 points and over 2,400 and almost 1,900 reviews respectively. While Hamburg is praised for its good digitalization and efforts to protect the climate, the airline “Fit Reisen” is of the opinion that the high number of passengers often leads to stressful conditions and thus depresses the rating.
It remains to be seen how German airports will develop in the future. In any case, this current comparison shows one thing impressively: the regional airport providers make good business and perfect passenger experiences possible, while the large hubs have to improve even further in order to become more popular with travelers.
