Jennifer Subke: New ways to heal inner restlessness and fear!

The Swabian Alb not only has rich nature to offer, but also remarkable people like Jennifer Subke. The psychologist and author has accompanied over 5,000 people on their way to more inner peace and self-confidence with her innovative method, “trauma-oriented body-centered hypnosis”. In an interview, she talks about her personal journey and the challenges she has experienced herself. Her latest book “Cloudy in the Head: Letting Go of Inner Restlessness, Overwhelm and Fears” has already taken her to various places, including Stuttgart, Ulm, Munich, Traunstein, Vienna and Salzburg, where she gave readings that were met with great interest. As schwaebische.de reports, Subke connects a lot of nature with her homeland that shaped her as a child, such as the waterfalls in Bad Urach or the Laiching Whitsun market.

After graduating from school, the young woman moved to the university town of Tübingen before moving to Ulm, where she completed her bachelor's degree in psychology. A semester in Innsbruck for her master's degree followed. During her studies she rented a room for coaching in Krumbach and then found support in Salzburg and Siegsdorf, where she lives with her partner. Her own experience with inner turmoil and study of the body's biology motivated her to develop an effective method that can help people discover their feelings and regulate their nervous system. As auribus.ch presents, her work has taken on a new dimension since the birth of her daughter, as she now also better understands the importance of early bonding.

The challenge of inner restlessness

More and more people are struggling with inner unrest and feelings of restlessness. According to life-in-balance.net, untreated stress factors and a lack of self-confidence can often be the causes. Inner restlessness is often characterized by reduced body awareness and a lack of connection to one's own body. Early detection and targeted psychological counseling are essential to bring the nervous system and thoughts back into harmony.

Body-centered hypnosis developed by Jennifer Subke speaks directly to the subconscious and helps to regain basic trust. She shows ways in which inner unrest can be sustainably reduced, as feeling is the central point of her method. After a hypnosis session, new neural connections can emerge that strengthen the feeling of control over body and thoughts. Simple tips, such as consciously patting your body or noticing body sensations, can provide short-term relief. Subke also emphasizes the importance of daily exercise for at least 30 minutes to relieve the nervous system and find inner peace.

On the way to more self-confidence

In her podcast "Wait a minute! Your psychology podcast for inner peace and strength" and her online offerings, such as the WOLKENWEICH room, Subke provides insights into her methods and supports people in developing trust in themselves. Her second book “Cloudy in the Head” will be published in October by Goldegg Verlag and promises further valuable knowledge on topics such as fears and trauma. Over the last seven years she has established herself as an expert and is regularly invited to podcasts to talk about her experiences and insights.

With her commitment to press work and her contributions to various publications, such as Human Resources Manager, Jennifer Subke spreads valuable information and helps others to take on their challenges. It shows again and again how important it is to hear your own inner voice and trust in your own body. It remains exciting to see how she continues to pave the way for other people to achieve greater inner peace.
