An exhibitionist causes a stir in tranquil Biberach. On Monday, July 10th, around 12:50 p.m., a worrying situation was reported on the bike path near the secondary school. Two 16-year-old girls who were walking on Hans-Liebherr-Strasse saw a man with his pants down and his genitals erect. When he noticed the girls, he quickly pulled his pants back up and headed off towards the school. The police, who were immediately alerted, were no longer able to track down the unknown man.
This unusual encounter is not the only incident of its kind in Biberach. The same man had already been noticed in the same place in March or April 2025, also displaying exhibitionistic behavior again. The police were not notified at the time, so this incident was not registered. According to police information, the man is estimated to be around 40 to 50 years old, is around 170 to 175 cm tall and is slightly overweight. Also noticeable are his very short brown-gray hair and his clothing, which consists of a dark top and black work pants with reflective stripes. A silver wristwatch completes his picture. Another incident in the city
But that's not all: on Thursday morning, a few days ago, a 38-year-old woman was harassed by a strange man near Biberach train station. At around 6:15 a.m. she noticed the stranger fiddling with his pants and exposing himself while looking at her. The woman, shocked and frightened, rushed towards the train station and confided in two passers-by who, however, had not observed the man in the same way. Here, too, the woman concerned immediately informed the police, who also immediately launched a search - but without success. The perpetrator is described as around 25 years old, around 1.80 meters tall, slim with a foreign appearance and a full beard. Judging by his clothing, he was wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans with a belt. A serious phenomenon
Exhibitionist acts and causing public nuisance are not uncommon occurrences in Germany.
