Maker Faire Heilbronn 2026: Experience creativity and innovation up close!
On February 8, 2025 it's that time again: The fourth Maker Faire Heilbronn opens its doors in the experimenta Maker Space e2, a place that promotes innovation and creativity in the region. Around 700 visitors are expected to discover inspiring projects from 24 creative exhibitors. This event offers the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people and experience the fascination of making things up close. As experimenta.science notes, participation is free of charge and prior registration is not necessary.
Maker Fairs are not only characterized by the diversity of the exhibitors. The event also includes an exciting program of talks and workshops aimed at promoting maker culture. The recommendation for the target group is people aged 14 and over - an indication that both young talents and experienced hobbyists get their money's worth here.
Maker movement on the rise
What exactly is a “maker”? According to Cambridge Dictionary, the term refers to a variety of creatives, from watchmakers to policymakers. The maker movement has become widespread in recent years and is rediscovering learning through doing.
