Preparations for a very special event have begun in Schwäbisch Hall. Kärcher from Winnenden has decided to have the impressive staircase of St. Michael's Church cleaned. This move comes to mark the company's 90th anniversary and is part of a global project that will see 90 cleaning operations carried out in different cities around the world. An anniversary like this is really a reason to celebrate!
The outside staircase, which with its 53 steps is not only an architectural gem but also serves as a central meeting place, was built in the early 16th century and is the setting for the popular open-air plays. These spectacular performances attract numerous visitors to the city every year, and the staircase plays a central role, as zvw.de reports.
