On Gablenberger Hauptstrasse in Stuttgart-East, residents and commuters have been confronted with significant traffic disruptions since November 2024. The reason for this is the dilapidated facade of a residential building at the intersection with Wagenburgstrasse and Talstrasse. In November last year, a dangerous incident occurred when parts of the brickwork came loose, causing the building to become unsecured.
