Mega event in Aichach: Art, enjoyment and Future Fair on the weekend!

This coming weekend, Aichach will be the scene of a colorful hustle and bustle of art, culture and culinary delicacies. The eagerly awaited Aichacher Kunstnacht begins on Friday, June 27th, which this year brings together over 50 creative participants and offers numerous experiences for young and old. The art mile opens at 5 p.m. and visitors can look forward to exciting live activities: from chainsaw art to street painting and live pottery, no wish will remain unfulfilled. If you would like to get active yourself, you can have fun with face painting or at the stations for puff pictures and paint slinging.

Local artists also have the opportunity to present their works at the art night. The Kögl Tower attracts attention with “Southern Gravity” and the Galerie Schiele shows the works of Albert Krottenthaler. The town hall will also become a gallery for young talents from Adelzhausen. To fortify yourself, you can enjoy waffles, tree strezel and regional beer specialties, while the music program features the singer-songwriter duo Tom and Häns and a surprise appearance by Schmuck Müller. And for flea market enthusiasts, there is an art and junk flea market on the Lower Town Square - here the stand only costs 5 euros.

Culinary and sustainability in focus

The pop-up beer garden “Paargarten” will open on Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th. With space for 300 visitors, entry is free and a musical program is offered: On Saturday the bands 4 on the Floor and Driftice play, while the Sunday event starts with a morning pint and live music. There is also a varied offer for younger guests. The beer garden will remain open the following weekend, July 5th and 6th, and will include performances by the bands Sonic Heaven and Firlefranz, as well as the Aichach city band.

Another highlight of the weekend is the Evangelical Community Festival on Sunday, which starts at 10 a.m. with a celebratory service. Here, guests can look forward to grilled dishes, a variety of games for children as well as a raffle and quiz prizes.

The weekend is marked by the already mentioned Future Fair rounded off, which will take place on June 29th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the city garden. Mayor Klaus Habermann opens the trade fair, which is entirely dedicated to the topics of nature conservation and resource conservation. Guest speaker Norbert Stamm speaks on the topic “Taking responsibility together”. At the Future Fair, environmental enthusiasts, creative minds in the field of mobility and committed citizens have the opportunity to exchange ideas about sustainability. The highlight are various participatory programs, including yoga and face painting. Visitors can expect numerous exhibitors, such as the Biohof Blumenthal and BUND Naturschutz, who are actively committed to a sustainable future.

2N2K also supports the initiative for climate neutrality in the event industry and will accompany the upcoming events on site. This makes an important contribution to the dissemination of sustainable standards in the cultural sector.

In summary, the weekend in Aichach will be a complete success with a variety of experiences that will make the city's heart beat faster. The organizers of the art night, the community festival and the Future Fair have high hopes for the high number of visitors and invite everyone to be part of this unique event.
