On Thursday morning, November 1st, 2025, an incident occurred in Theresienhain in Bamberg that shocked not only the local authorities, but also many citizens. An unknown man harassed a 9-year-old who was on her way to school. The incident occurred around 7:40 a.m. when the perpetrator approached the child and exposed his genitals. After this shocking experience, the perpetrator left on a black bicycle towards the Münchner Ring via Hainstrasse.
The girl reacted immediately and informed a contact person at her school, who immediately called the police. Unfortunately, the search that was initiated, which was even supported with a drone, was unsuccessful.
