The business development association DONAURIES recently recognized 28 regional companies as “TOP employers DONAURIES 2025”. The award ceremony took place at the picturesque Sulz estate near Münster and particularly honored the employee orientation and corporate culture of these companies. District Administrator Stefan Rößle, who is also chairman of the business development association, emphasized the future orientation of the award-winning companies, which secure and promote economic success through an appreciative corporate culture.

“In times when skilled workers are increasingly in demand, corporate culture becomes a key resource,” claimed Rößle. The Donau-Ries district can look forward to a pleasingly low unemployment rate and high purchasing power, which underlines the economic strength of the region. The award not only signals the companies' success, but also their responsibility to constantly develop and live their values.

The “TOP employer DONAURIES” label has been awarded since 2016. The aim is to encourage companies, institutions and municipalities in the Donau-Ries district to think intensively about their own corporate culture.
