SV Niederleierndorf overwhelms Rottenburg 7:1 – pure football festival!

An exciting weekend for local football in Kelheim! SV Niederleierndorf moved to the top of the district league table with an impressive 7-1 win against SG Rottenburg/Oberhatzkofen. Mittelbayerische reports that the Niederleierndorfers gained momentum right at the start of the game. Raphael Schwarz scored in the 2nd minute, and just five minutes later Alexander Hüttner made it 2-1 with a penalty, after Maximilian Kremser equalized for Rottenburg in the 5th minute.

In the following minutes, the home team showed their dominance: Florian Hauner (22nd minute) and Michael Zistler (34th minute) quickly increased the score to 4:1, while Tobias Schelkshorn added in the 36th and again in the 54th minute. Sebastian Barthel crowned the performance with his goal in the 43rd minute. A real show run for SV Niederleierndorf!

More exciting games

But football wasn't just played in Niederleierndorf. FC Mainburg also prevailed and defeated TSV Sandelzhausen 3-1. Lukas Oetjen, Niclas Hofmann and Ferdinand Rank scored FC's goals, while Niklas Forster scored for TSV.
