FSV Pfaffenhofen sweeps Memmingen II off the pitch 4-0!

On August 17, 2025, an impressive soccer game took place in the state league. FSV Pfaffenhofen was in outstanding form against bottom team FC Memmingen II and celebrated a clear 4-0 away win. This match, which took place on Saturday afternoon, marks the first away win of the season for the Pfaffenhofen team.

The coaching duo of Ludwig Dietrich and Daniel Zanker were visibly satisfied with their team's performance. The FSV players remained unbeaten in the last five competitive games and demonstrated impressive maturity and concentration. Maurice Untersänger set the first example in the 5th minute with a goal after a header from Gabriel Hasenbichler. Just a little later, in the 36th minute, Hasenbichler increased the score to 2-0, which further underlined Pfaffenhofen's superiority.

Exciting moves and strong actions

The second half was initially just as promising for the Pfaffenhofen team. Untersänger made it 3-0 with his second goal in the 50th minute after he won the ball after winning a duel. After this deficit, Memmingen's coach Bernd Maier was forced to bring three new players into the game in order to avert the impending defeat.

However, the game became even more obvious as Memmingen's Kenan Bavramovic was sent off with a second yellow card in the 74th minute. This exclusion action brought double advantages for the Pfaffenhofen team, who achieved the final score of 4-0 in the 86th minute through Jonas Redl, supported by Yasin Keskin.

The future in sight

This impressive team performance catapulted FSV Pfaffenhofen to fifth place in the state league after just six match days. The next opponent will be the undefeated leaders TSV Schwabmünchen, for whom the Pfaffenhofeners are already preparing with anticipation.

The stadium was not overcrowded with 50 spectators, but the fans present saw a game that embodied the start of an exciting season. Referee Albegger from Waldeck Obermenzing led the game confidently and contributed to the smooth running of the game.

At a time when sporting events are often overshadowed by other topics, FSV Pfaffenhofen and their fans showed that success in football is not a given but has to be worked hard for. It is clear to everyone involved: The training here is hard and the passion for football is the focus. Anyone who thinks that the people of Pfaffenhofen are resting on their laurels might be wrong. The coming challenges will certainly be exciting and gripping.
