Bayern's women celebrate a 6-0 win in Nuremberg and consolidate their lead!
On Sunday, November 4th, 2025, FC Bayern Munich once again showed women what they are made of. With an impressive 6-0 win in the Max Morlock Stadium against 1. FC Nürnberg, the Munich team consolidated their lead in the Bundesliga. Fans and players were thrilled because Bayern dominated the game from start to finish and hardly gave Nuremberg a chance.
The game started in the 9th minute with a goal from Linda Dallmann, followed by Pernille Harder, who added in the 15th and 40th minutes. Klara Bühl and Natalia Padilla-Bidas scored further goals in the second half. An own goal from Beatrix Fördös in stoppage time rounded off the clear result. With 9 points, the Nuremberg women are currently not directly on the brink of the relegation zone, but they urgently need to improve in order to stay in the league.
Superiority of Bavaria
Bayern's superiority could not be overlooked; the players proved that they have a good hand in the league. Every shot was on target and the combinations worked like clockwork. It's no wonder that the Munich team was able to consolidate first place in the table. Even though things will be more difficult for the Nuremberg team this year, the fans are hoping for better performances in the next games.
But while we're talking about football, there are other stories that touch the heart. We have a very special request from Illinois, where the mother of a little boy has started a GoFundMe campaign. Her hope is that her 8-year-old son Aedrik, who was diagnosed with a rare condition called X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), can receive the best treatment possible.
An appeal for Aedrik
Allison Quinn, Aedrik's mother and former journalist, struggles with several challenges, including unemployment and her own health problems caused by multiple sclerosis. Almost 500 donors have already provided support to help Aedrik, who underwent a risky stem cell transplant. Hopes are high that the treatment can slow the progression of his disease. The family is grateful for the support so far, but still needs further help to cope with the financial burden.
Allison has monthly COBRA premiums to manage and therefore also needs to find a way to find a job that can provide her health benefits. Anyone who wants to support the family can find more information about the campaign on the GoFundMe platform, where they continue to ask for donations.
So while female footballers are causing a stir on the pitch, there are numerous stories off the pitch that show how important community and support is. Whether in sport or in life – being there for one another is invaluable.
