Vivaldi reinterpreted: Cobario inspires in Fürstenzell!

On Sunday, July 6, 2025, a musical highlight is on the program in the arcade courtyard of the Fürstenzell monastery. The Viennese instrumental trio Cobario brings their very own interpretation of Antonio Vivaldi's masterpiece “The Four Seasons” to the stage. For those unfamiliar: Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, born on March 4, 1678 in Venice and died on July 28, 1741 in Vienna, is considered one of the most important composers of the Baroque period. His work “The Four Seasons” is one of his most famous and impresses with its perfect combination of emotions and sound. A talented violinist and also a Roman Catholic priest, Vivaldi created a variety of compositions, including over 500 concertos and more than 50 operas.
