Wasserburg remains undefeated: pure excitement in the state league!

At the weekend, the 8th round of the Southeast Regional League produced some exciting results. TSV Wasserburg successfully defended its lead in the table with a narrow 3-2 win against SV Aubing. Thomas Graml initially gave the visitors from Munich the lead, but the Wasserburgers turned the game around. PNP reports that George Dumitru and Daniel Kononenko scored the goals for Wasserburg before Graml was able to reduce the deficit again in stoppage time. 365 spectators saw the thrilling duel in the stadium.

But it wasn't just Wasserburg that was in top form. FC Schwabing also remains at the top after its spectacular 4-3 win against FC Wacker Munich. Schwabing took the lead early on thanks to an own goal from Ian Rausch, but Wacker quickly equalized. Ivan Mijatovic put the hosts on the road to victory with two goals in the second half before Konstantin Steinmaßl finally scored the decisive goal in the last minute.
