St. Martin's markets in Hesse: mulled wine, glittering lights and happy parades!

There is a lively market activity in Hesse in November, as the popular St. Martin's markets attract visitors with mulled wine, a festive atmosphere and a colorful supporting program. Cities like Hünfeld, Oberursel, Dieburg and Bad Schwalbach have come up with a lot of ideas for the coming weeks, before the big Christmas markets. As the Borken newspaper reports, the first events are already just around the corner.

The St. Martin's Market in Hünfeld will be celebrated next Saturday and Sunday and promises a great experience with market stalls, a children's carousel and a flea market. On Saturday evening there is a mulled wine party that opens at 5 p.m. and on Sunday there is a St. Martin's lantern parade through the streets that starts at 6 p.m. The shops in Hünfeld have also come up with something new and will open to visitors on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The market events in Dieburg and Bad Schwalbach

The 39th St. Martin's Market is taking place in Dieburg, allowing the city center to shine in festive splendor from Friday to Sunday. A Ferris wheel in front of the town hall provides additional flair, while a medieval market with craftsmen such as blacksmiths, scissor grinders and bookbinders delights visitors. Here too, the shops take part in the Sunday shopping from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In Bad Schwalbach, the Martinimarkt will be ceremoniously opened on Friday at 2 p.m. - in the presence of the “Swallow Queen” Dorina I. A special feature of this market is that rides can be used free of charge for half an hour. Bad Schwalbach also invites you to browse and buy on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

More St. Martin's markets and traditions

The Martinsmarkt in Heuchelheim offers a wide range of products with around 120 stalls run by clubs, churches and traders. A lively market is expected on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. There is also a St. Martin's market in Mühlheim, which takes place in Obertshausen on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is being celebrated for the twelfth time.

Sporty companions for the cold season are a completely different topic: the Soft Active Contrast-Trim Sports Bra, available in black, is currently available Oh Polly Priced at $50.00, but already sold out. The comfortable features with breathable and stretchy material as well as many size options should particularly delight those who are active in sports.

The Martinsmarkt not only offers an ideal opportunity to ring in the pre-Christmas season, but also a great ambience to enjoy the cozy hours with friends and family. Take advantage of the opportunity to visit the numerous events in Hesse and perhaps do one or two good deals!
