On Thursday night there was a dramatic argument in Frankfurt-Oberrad that ended in a stabbing. At around 10:30 p.m., an incident on Wasserhofstrasse attracted the attention of rescue workers and police. As the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung Reportedly, two men aged 24 and 27 were seriously injured.
The conflict began when the 24-year-old attacked the 27-year-old with a knife in his upper body. After the crime, the attacker fled, but was caught by a 25-year-old man, who also became a victim and is now being treated in hospital with serious injuries. Both seriously injured people were immediately operated on and taken to nearby hospitals.
Arrests and investigations
The police carried out a large-scale operation and cordoned off the crime scene. Both suspects, the 24-year-old and the 25-year-old, were arrested on Wednesday evening. A judge then ordered the two to be in custody because investigators assume attempted murder and attempted manslaughter.
