Bluntly creative: New house in Fulda impresses with workshops!
A completely new place of creativity has been shining in Fulda since June 16, 2025. The “Unverblümt” house, which opened in front of Peterstor 8a, not only promises a breath of fresh air into the local art and creative scene, but also offers numerous opportunities for workshops and creative encounters. The Fulda newspaper reports that operator Ulrike Bosold, who is already known for her shop “Unblümt – Naturfloristik” on Kanalstrasse, placed great emphasis on a combination of natural aesthetics and entrepreneurial functionality.
An inspiring space was created with a team of eight employees, including her daughter Pia Bosold, who is particularly active in social media. Life partner Rainer Kascherus helped significantly with the setup. The house is cleverly divided into different zones: from workshops for DIY evenings to an open area for team coaching to a space for photo shoots and group formats. Special features are a reduced design with lots of wood, light and plants that create a pleasant atmosphere.
Creative offers for everyone
The “Unverblümt” house offers a wide range of offerings, ranging from workshops and coaching to DIY courses, such as those for floral wreaths. Those interested can not only expand their creative skills, but also delve deep into the world of floristry. More specifically, the offering includes sensitive funeral floristry that offers support in choosing flowers for the loss of loved ones. This service is offered by experienced florists in close collaboration with undertakers, so that individual personalities can come into their own in the floral arrangements. For sad occasions, the team offers a large selection of coffin and urn jewelry as well as funeral wreaths. Bluntly attaches great importance to handmade arrangements with carefully selected flowers.
The opening of the location on June 16th not only attracted creative people from the region, but also guests from business and city society, and thus demonstrated the great interest in a place that does not overwhelm, but inspires.
The trend from the desert
In combination with the local activities, an exciting trend also emerges: the aesthetics of the desert, which is integrated into the design and materials in the “Unverblümt” house. Blooms describes the desert as a source of inspiration that plays with elements such as drought and water. The use of environmentally friendly materials in soft sand and natural tones reflects this interaction. Floral shades of blue and the use of first-class materials illustrate the lively connection between earth elements and the charming aspects of the desert.
The “Unverblümt” house in Fulda is more than just an event location; it is a lively space that promotes creativity and offers a platform for meetings and exchange. The exciting mix of workshops, floral art and a unique atmosphere attracts art lovers and creative minds alike. We can only hope that more and more people find their way to this special place.
