Ammerland Check 2025: Over 7,200 citizens rate quality of life!
The Ammerland Check 2025 is an impressive reflection of the opinions and needs of citizens in the region. A total of 7,242 Ammerlanders took part in this survey - this is a clear increase compared to the 6,546 participants in the first Ammerland Check in 2020. The survey took place from October 1st to November 3rd and touches on essential areas of life such as quality of life, gastronomy, culture and the housing market. A look at the field of participants shows the distribution of votes:
| Community | Participant |
|---|---|
| Bad Zwischenahn | 1654 |
| Westerstede | 1589 |
| Rastede | 1157 |
| Edewecht | 1142 |
| Wiefelstede | 954 |
| Apen | 746 |
Although the survey is not representative or scientific, it still offers valuable insights. Around 40 questions were created by the editorial team, and the participants also had the opportunity to make suggestions in a free text field. The evaluation of the answers is in full swing and the results will be presented for discussion in the coming weeks. The editorial team is committed to clarifying the issues raised with those responsible and examining the situation on site.
Focus on quality of life
A central goal of the Ammerland Check is to further increase the quality of life in Ammerland. In the first survey of 2020, the average quality of life rating was 6.9 out of 10 points. It remains to be seen how these numbers will develop in light of the current results. The next survey is planned for 2024, and the topics will be similar to enable a direct comparison.
The answers about gastronomy, sports opportunities and medical care are particularly important because they directly affect the everyday life of the population. Questions of cleanliness, security and local supplies are also of interest to many citizens.
A look at the craft
And while the opinions are collected in Ammerland, we also take a look at the topics surrounding craftsmanship and creativity. Last but not least, this includes the embroidery of polo T-shirts. This form of textile design is becoming increasingly popular and offers many advantages: The lettering or logo woven directly into the fabric stays in good shape even after numerous washes. Such a design not only ensures a professional look, but also lasts longer than printed versions.
Whether in sports, in the catering industry or as part of school uniforms, embroidered polo shirts are a practical choice. If you are interested in such a project, you should make sure to choose the right fabric. Cotton, polyester or a blend offer various benefits and should be carefully considered for care and durability. After all, you want the shirt to not only look good, but also to last for a long time.
The design options are varied, but it's best to choose simple and easy-to-read designs for the best effect. Anyone who does everything right will be rewarded with an attractive and long-lasting product that is worth seeing.
For the participating Ammerlanders and all those who are interested in the results of the Ammerland Check, it will be exciting to see which suggestions from the population are taken up and how those responsible react to them. The dialogue between citizens and administration is valuable and necessary to continually improve life in our region.
