Register now: Sustainability management specialist starts soon!

An exciting new training program to become a “sustainability management specialist” will be starting soon, and there are still enough places available! From November 3rd, trainees from various sectors - from commercial professions to logistics, agriculture and healthcare - can register for this additional qualification. Dual students and already fully trained specialists are also warmly invited to refresh and expand their knowledge. The further training takes place at the BBS at the Museumsdorf in Cloppenburg and offers an excellent opportunity to qualify in an increasingly important area. As nordnews.de reports, participants can qualify to become IHK-certified specialists in sustainability management while working.

What exactly can participants expect? Several practical contents are on the program, including sustainability goals, ESG scores and sustainable supply chains. The topics of sustainability reporting and marketing and the EU taxonomy are also central components of the training. The methodical implementation relies on a creative mix of simulation games, artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) in the BBS digital MakerSpace. Practical experience is gained in analog and digital test areas in the school garden, for example in humus creation and sustainable irrigation.
