A new parking garage is being built at the Weller location, offering space for a total of 265 parking spaces on a generous area of ​​around 7,000 square meters. The decision to build a new building is no coincidence: the parking situation for customers and employees has been a real challenge in recent years. With the commissioning of the parking garage, which is planned for May 2026, Weller not only wants to remedy the situation, but also optimize vehicle logistics.

Thanks to the high level of prefabrication of the Goldbeck parking garage system, the construction project is expected to be completed in just seven months. The versatile company Goldbeck, which specializes in modular and sustainable building solutions, relies on the highest efficiency and quality with components from its own production. The serial construction method also significantly reduces CO₂ emissions during the construction process, which is in line with the sustainable approach in construction. This project is part of a larger project: Weller is investing a total of around 23 million euros in new buildings and renovations at various locations in Germany.

A location with potential

Weller in Hamburg-Harburg is one of the group's highest-volume companies and sells around 4,000 new and used cars every year. The new building will also relocate the existing vehicle preparation from the underground car park to the car park.
