Volleyball showdown: BR Volleys challenge unbeaten SVG Lüneburg!

On Wednesday, November 12th, the Berlin Recycling Volleys face an exciting duel against SVG Lüneburg. The top game will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Volleyball Temple, where the upper tier will be open to fans. There is a lot of hype surrounding this encounter, as the BR Volleys are currently in eighth place in the table, while Lüneburg are undefeated in second place. This can be a real test for the Berliners, especially after the narrow defeat in the preparatory game, which Lüneburg won 3-2.

The anticipation for the match is great. Captain Ruben Schott emphasizes that the pressure surrounding the game comes from outside, but sees it as an opportunity to prove himself against a strong opponent. “It's early in the season and we can see our progress compared to previous games,” says Schott. It is all the more important to concentrate on the strengths of Lüneburg, who won their last league game with a clear 3-0 defeat against VfB Friedrichshafen.

Ruben Schott particularly emphasizes Lüneburg's serving strength and at the same time recognizes potential for improvement in his own team.
