The old location at Robert-Bosch-Straße 5 had simply become too small for the company's growing demands. The move to the new address not only creates more space, but also upgrades it with innovative technology.

Construction work at the new location began in July 2024, and the result is impressive: the modern building will be equipped with a geothermal system, an air heat pump and a photovoltaic system. These environmentally friendly technologies and underfloor heating in the hall show that Evers Bautrocknung not only has a good hand in the area of ​​building drying, but also when it comes to sustainability.

Premises and services

The office area covers a generous 400 square meters, which includes a showroom for painting work. Covering an area of ​​around 1,800 square meters, the hall will also provide space for a variety of equipment and materials. Evers Bautrocknung, which was founded by Werner Evers in 2001, has evolved from renting construction dryers to primarily focusing on water damage repair. In addition to repairing water damage, the company also offers comprehensive services, including floor laying and painting.

The team currently consists of nine dedicated employees, including four family members - the two daughters Anna and Julia bring a breath of fresh air into the daily work. The planned open day in spring 2026 will provide the opportunity to try out the new building and the new possibilities.
