Adventure in the jungle camp: summer holidays full of fun for kids!
The summer holiday program in the Falken jungle camp in the JuP youth club Pantringshof promises an exciting adventure for children and young people. From July 14th to August 1st, 2025, children and young people aged 6 to 18 have the opportunity to let off steam in an extensive leisure program. From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., participants can expect exciting and creative tasks that bring the motto “Jungle Camp” to life. LokalKompass reports about the multifaceted activities, which range from tricky puzzles to exciting treasure hunts.
A daily breakfast ensures that participants can start the day well. There are also lots of surprises from the jungle camp team. For sports enthusiasts, leisure activities such as air hockey, billiards and table football are offered. There are even craft projects running at the youth club right now, including an exciting wood project.
A jungle full of experiences
The theme of the jungle is not only an exciting adventure, but also an important issue in our environment. Forests and jungles are essential habitats and play a central role in biodiversity and oxygen production. Jungles are threatened by clearing and deforestation and now only make up a fraction of the ancient forests. Jugendleiter-Blog names various activities for holiday camps that capture the jungle feeling. This rich vegetation together with the adventurous challenges not only allow children and young people to get active, but also learn something about the habitat that is worth protecting.
A typical day at summer camp often begins with getting-to-know-you games, craft activities and creating name tags. This is followed by creative workshops that invite children to discover nature and its materials for themselves. The holiday diary could be full of the experiences of a musical workshop or an exciting day full of exciting scavenger hunts.
A look into nature
For those looking for an even deeper experience, supervised nature experience camps are also on the program. These camps, organized by WWF, offer adventure and the opportunity to make new friends. Each camp has its own unique offerings, ranging from animal observation to survival camps. Here, participants not only learn how to interact with nature, but also experience great adventures that strengthen the sense of community.
All interested parents and children have the opportunity to obtain information and register personally at the JuP youth meeting. It's worth stopping by - after all, exciting and educational summer holidays are just around the corner, which are much more than just the usual.
