A lot is happening in Cologne-Höhenhaus: From 2027, a new residential area will be built here that will significantly improve the quality of life on site. The planned project includes 400 apartments as well as a daycare center and 36 terraced houses, which will be built on the site of the former residential complex from the 1960s. LEG Immobilien SE, which originally wanted to build itself, has sold the area to the Sahle Wohnen group, and the transfer of ownership is scheduled for October 1, 2023. The current inventory on the site includes around 200 apartments, which are to be dismantled once the development plan process has been completed.
