Thomas Abbas, a native of Remscheid and managing director of the Hatec Group, has taken over the traditional location and plans to continue the 172-year-old history and culture. Before Thomas Abbas took over the gastronomy, the Richard Becker business was in the hands of Wolfgang “Bü” Paffrath and Sylvia Dönneweg-Paffrath, who are now starting their retirement.
