New fun is coming to Diedesfeld soon! The playground on Kirchwiesenstrasse is getting a fresh combination of climbing and games that has it all. The main committee decided that the new game sequence would replace the demolished, dilapidated device and budgeted around 71,000 euros for this, despite a maximum budget of 80,000 euros for purchase and assembly including fall protection. The old playground was in such a state that repairs were no longer an option.
The selection of the new device combination is based on the close cooperation between the local advisory board and the village's support association. Together they decided on a model that is identical to the version in Königsbach. This decision promises great play value for little adventurers, because the climbing game combination offers numerous opportunities for climbing, sliding and hiding.
A place for all generations
The playground is not only popular with the youngest children, but is also actively used by students from the neighboring school. This means that the new play equipment is a valuable addition to the children's social environment and leisure activities. The playground in Königsbach is around 8.8 kilometers away and will be able to offer the new offer from mid-December 2023. So anticipation is the order of the day!
