From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., all nature enthusiasts in Edenkoben can discover the forest with all their senses. The course aims to promote mindfulness and offer participants a welcome break in nature.
But what exactly is forest bathing? Originally from Japan, the term not only means being in the forest, but also being mindful of your surroundings. Mindfulness in nature describes it as an opportunity to gain new experiences with nature and relax.
