Summery sounds at the Kulturbahnhof: Free concerts are starting soon!

The anticipation for summer is increasing! From June 27th, the Kulturforum Köllertal will be launching its 33rd summer schedule, a series of open-air concerts that will make the hearts of music lovers beat faster. These concerts take place on Fridays at 7:30 p.m. on the outdoor area of ​​the Kulturbahnhof and admission is free. Among the bands performing, the opening event stands out: Brothers in Arms interprets the great hits of Dire Straits and thus ensures an extraordinary experience right from the start. This is the perfect way to enjoy warm summer evenings!

What else awaits the guests? On July 4th, the venerable band Boppin'B from Aschaffenburg will perform their classic rock'n'roll and rockabilly. The band has performed numerous live performances in its 40 years and has never been asked twice to share the stage with well-known artists. On July 11th the Köllervalley Singers celebrate their 30th anniversary under the direction of Mirko Baufeld. These talented singers present a colorful mix of rock and pop songs, gospels and spirituals that are guaranteed to give you goosebumps. The month ends with an exciting guitar duel between Thomas Blug and Alex Beyrodt on July 18th, supported by Gulli Spiller and Tommy Fischer. Julie Spiller will also be making her first appearance on the station stage this evening.

An additional treat for visitors: station restaurateur Andreas Cordes will offer climate-friendly dishes. Traveling to the concerts can be easily done by public transport or by bike along the Köllertal cycle path, which not only makes ecological sense, but also underlines the enjoyment of these cultural offerings. The aim of the association is to preserve the listed station ensemble and convert it into an open cultural center.
