Already at 7:47 p.m. a warning had been sent to the residents in Bahnhofstrasse, which asked to keep windows and doors closed and switch off ventilation and air conditioning systems. The reason for these precautionary measures was the danger of fire gases that occurred in the air, as well as the potential health risks for the population.
