Sustainable certifications and local developments

Another aspect of sustainable development is the NaWoh 4.0 QNG planning certification, which has been updated since October 2025. The aim of this initiative is to further increase ecological standards in construction. According to the information from NaWoh New documentation tools have also recently been made available for post-construction certification to ensure the quality and traceability of construction projects.

The total cost of the project in Pansdorf is around 9.4 million euros, and the first tenants are expected to move in in the second quarter of 2027. The high demand for these modern apartments shows that interest in sustainable forms of living is increasing. These developments are a positive sign for the region and make an important contribution to a more environmentally conscious living culture.
