What an exciting finale in the Basketball Bundesliga! Ratiopharm Ulm defeated the overpowering Bayern Munich 81:79 in the third game of the best-of-five series last night. Ulm is now leading 2-1 in the final series and has earned its first match point for the next game on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. in Ulm. ZVW reports.
The game was exciting from the first to the last minute. After a bumpy start in which Bayern took an 11-6 lead, coach Gordon Herbert took an early timeout.
