The local singer Gerhard Schneider from Viernheim impressed with his interpretations of Andreas Gabalier's hits and contributed significantly to the great atmosphere.

A highlight of the evening was the appearance of Miss Carolin and the surprise guest Naro Vitale, who together ensured a successful show. The culinary offering was also impressive: visitors were able to enjoy delicious food and cool drinks, which made the hit night an unforgettable experience. The anticipation for the next edition of Schlagernacht is already noticeable, and many guests are already excited to see what will happen to them next time.

The city festival and its preparations

Happy Palatinate noted that the festival began on Friday at 1 p.m. and was enriched by numerous active participants, friends and the Mannheim Nord fire department, which provided for the physical well-being with typical delicacies such as Saumagen burgers and currywurst.

The range of drinks was varied and included freshly tapped Eichbaum beer as well as delicious spritz variations. The wine selection from the Winkelmann winery was particularly praised. The city festival offered another highlight with a Senate breakfast on Sunday, to which many prominent guests were invited. Among them were Ricarda and Jens Kaiser as well as culture and sports mayor Thorsten Riehle. Here too, the Sunday evening ended with good conversations and delicious cake from Edith Hummel.
