Patricia Schneider opens her dream café in Rottweil!
Next Saturday, August 16, 2025, Patricia Schneider will open her own café in Rottweil, which is already enjoying great anticipation. Two years after becoming self-employed with a bakery in Denkingen, where she baked delicious tarts and cakes, she is demonstrating her craftsmanship with this step. The new location on Waldtorstrasse, behind the Black Gate, was rebuilt with a lot of love and support from her family. Now guests can take a seat in a charming coffee house ambience, decorated with antique furniture that Patricia has collected over months.
“Started small, now made it big,” could be Patricia’s motto. Their trademark – the cakes and tarts with a stylish edge in a dot or dash pattern – have already found many fans. With a large counter and several tables on the ground floor as well as additional seating on the first floor, the café offers space for social gatherings. If you come with a child, you will certainly find a suitable place for the little ones in the small children's corner. The café opens Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will offer delicious cakes and tarts as well as breakfast options and a selection of coffee.
Patricia's career as a master pastry chef
Patricia Schneider, who completed her high school diploma at Spaichingen High School, has an impressive education. She completed her apprenticeship as a pastry chef at the renowned pastry shop Weber & Weiss in Friedrichshafen. She then went to Switzerland, where she gained valuable experience before completing her master's school in Heidelberg. Her passion for baking ultimately led her to become self-employed, and with the opening of the new café she is taking the next step in her career.
The opening promises not only delicious delicacies, but also a special atmosphere that invites you to linger. The café will be a welcome addition to Rottweiler's café culture. With a focus on quality and a welcoming ambience, Patricia has everything it takes to become a popular meeting place.
Culture to take with you
And while the Rottweilers discover the new hotspot in the city, it's also worth taking a look at the current world of television. If you are interested in exciting crime series, you should take a look at “Rizzoli & Isles”. This American crime series, which has attracted a wide audience since its premiere on TNT in 2010, tells the gripping story of Boston homicide detective Jane Rizzoli and forensic expert Maura Isles. With a total of 105 episodes in seven seasons, the two protagonists not only solve criminal cases, but also shed light on interpersonal relationships in an impressive way.
