A hot weekend is coming! On Friday evening, June 21, 2025, the A1 motorway in the direction of Hamburg will be completely closed for several days. The closure begins at 10 p.m. and is scheduled to last until 8 p.m. Sunday evening. The reason for this comprehensive measure is bridge construction work at the Bargteheide motorway junction, which has become necessary in the region in order to bring the transport infrastructure into shape. However, there is a detailed diversion for all travelers traveling on the A1: Drivers should drive from the Lübeck junction via the A20 towards Rostock until the Lübeck-Süd junction.
