An example of the fans' infectious passion is Christine Brauburger. She has been an enthusiastic fan of Elvis Presley since she was 13 years old. Her journey began when she saw the legendary show “Aloha from Hawaii” on television. The pull of the King's music never lasted; On the contrary, it led her to pursue her hobby even more intensively after her retirement. “I collected everything about Elvis – CDs, books and films,” she says. She was particularly touched when she saw Nils Strassburg, a renowned Elvis interpreter, in Bad Nauheim two years ago. Since then she has attended numerous concerts and collected autographs from various performers.
