New association VillaKraft” in Rastede: youth work for the future!

Something is happening in Rastede - the founding of a new association that wants to strengthen youth work in the community is just around the corner. “We want to overcome bureaucratic hurdles and actively support the participation of young people,” explains Recker. The association should not become a classic support association, but rather concentrate on events and joint projects. Funding is provided through sponsorship and crowdfunding to create a wide range of offerings adapted to the needs of youth in the community.

The initiative comes from citizens and is supported by youth care, which is involved as an important partner. “We would like to work closely with other clubs, institutions and youth work actors,” continues Recker.
